I don't regard the minimum wage as being an enterprise. And since the people are working for the wage, they are earning it. The fact is, governments give subsidies, not businesses. Your use of emotionally-charged buzzwords rivals the master's. Now, when FEMA awards a contract for unneeded housing to one of the president's campaign contributors, resulting in a large increase in profit, is that a subsidy?
