plane and take-off.  As long as her behaviour didn't change they may
have violated an implicit contract.

That is, the company first deemed her appearance as complying with SW
standards, but then changed their mind later.  That's fine for them to
do, but then I'd think they'd owe her for time lost.

Unless she changed into the shirt after the flight had taken off ...
