But what does that have to do with choice.  We might restate the choice into 
Catholic speak - - note subtle change in text below.  Even changing the text, 
it is still opposing one's will on another.  God doesn't impose his will on 
others why should I have to?  God gives us the ability to make choices, we then 
assume responsibility for those choices.  Why should I have to  mandate what 
you can and can not do in order to be Catholic, a good Christian or whatever?  

 So God gave us free will. Essentially saying, I want you to do good, do
 what's right etc.. however, I will allow you to do what you want, and be
 responsible for your own decisions. I will not force you to do my will.

 However, if I as a human give people the same freedom that God has given
 them (in this case the ability to make their own decision pertaining to
 their body, offspring, to commit murder of their unborn fetus etc.. ), then I 
can't be Catholic.
