That's what I needed, thanks! I think I'll have it checked out. I kept thinking that if I continued shoulder work it'd go away but it's unchanged - and it hurts more if, say, I sleep on it. It must be that though because I've tried working all the major areas (lateral, posterior, anterior) with no real change. Reverse flyes and front raises are no problem. It's only that lateral motion and only in the beginning of the motion. It'll also hurt more if I, say, throw a football around for a few hours. Huh.
