My friends that *know* me, see me all the time and know my past ... even most acquaintances, were completely and totally ecstatic, because I had found my "long lost friend". Nathan's correct, ALL RELATIONSHIPS are hard work. Two people merging their lifestyles into one is all about compromises. Life was never easy in my book .. but it is all worth it. What makes ours a bit easier is we understand each other and our work. When a piece of code or a customer really ticks you off, a non-programmer/business owner would say "who cares?" ... whereas we know exactly what the other is going through, and it's a bunch of little things like this that make the love and support so absolutely wonderful. But this is all getting rather mushy, so I'll stop now ... So, how's the weather over there in the states?
