That's a very easy question to answer: because whomever did the covering up knows there's something juicy enough *to* coverup otherwise they wouldn't have been covering it up. As has been pointed out to you many times, in Oct of 2003 the Whitehouse claimed that neither Rove or Libby "were involved" with the Plame leak. We no know, via their own testimony not to mention that of others, that that is not true. So did the Whitehouse lie or did Libby and Rove lie to the Whitehouse?
