You got me to thinking about "classic" books that.....just didn't seem that 
good to me.

I always get yelled at when i mention this but....i thought "The Catcher In 
The Rye" was an awful book. Another "classic" that i just didn't think was 
very well written was Capote's "In Cold Blood". A rather bland recounting of 
events, in my opinion.
