They might not get you for the original crime they were investigating, but 
they'll get you for lying, obstruction, and whatever else they can pile on.

Incidentally, I still don't think there will ever be any indictments over the 
actual leak. It's clear that Libby and Rove leaked the info to the press, but 
as a matter of law it looks like that was not a crime.
