Sorry - I assumed the keyboard was plugged into the desktop and you wanted access to the laptop. Not vicy-versy. Check out http://www.kvms.com/home.asp DVI will raise the price a bit... but they've got several two-port models for under $200. Ooooh.... and a tasty four-port dual monitor unit for $750. ;^) I've used Belkins (decent, but the design makes them damn hard to sit someplace) and Cybex switches (nice as well - and wall or under desk mountable). I'd also look at the docs before buying and see what the options for switching are - you should be able to turn off keyboard-based switching completely and choose what key strokes to use. I had one unit that was hard-locked into pressing "ctrl" twice fast to switch... played friggin' havoc with "Quake". ;^) Jim Davis ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Flash for programmers - Flash MX Pro http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=56 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:179845 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
