I'm in love with VLC Player. I love the fact tha I can pop a DVD in it and it goes straight to the root menu. I don't have to put up with 10 minutes of commercials where I hear my girls saying "I want that!" :) Plus, it great not to have to wait for those damn FBI warnings to go away!
There's something to be said for a player like yours, but they just don't seem to be versatile enough for me at this time. I like having all my music in aac format. How long was divx out before there was commercial support for it in DVD players. Yet, with a computer, you get instant support most of the time. The only thing you lose is convenience. That's not such a problem for a geek like me. On 11/4/05, Jim Davis <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > For just plain media playing I've been insanely impressed with my Avel Link > DVD player.
