So, don't get me wrong, I've been watching UK football my entire life,
so it isn't that I went into the Auburn game Sunday thinking us with
108th ranked offence going up against the 4th ranked defense stood a big
change of winning. It isn't that I don't mind losing, it is that if we
lose it ought to be on our own.

During the first half the refs blew two major calls. One a fumble by
Auburn on their 9 yard line, which was recovered by Kentucky, the refs
called the play dead, and claimed there was no fumble. In the SEC we
have instant replay, but it has to be called by the refs. After the
review they still called the ball down. However the big replay screens
and the recording I had at home clearly show the ball coming out, and
the only ref that had the ability to see it, called it a fumble from the
beginning.

Then, a little later an Auburn WR pushed the UK corner causing the
Auburn player to go out of bounds, he came back in caught the ball, and
walked into the end zone. The ref on the field called it the other way
saying the UK player had blocked the guy forcing him out of bounds.
Unfortunately because of the rules, this is not a reviewable call.

Both of these calls directly created Auburn touchdowns, when if gone the
other way would have led to UK having the ball back.
