i just do this:  listen to my body.  if it says "sleep", i go to
sleep, regardless of whats due.  my life is more important.

if body says "hungry" i go eat.  i think its best to listen to your
body.  now, if you are unlucky enough to have ghrelin issues, or
whatever, i understand, this isnt the best course of action, but it
works for me.
