Depending on the PDA you might not have to do anything. Modern PocketPCs and Palms are able to deal with most basic HTML/CSS. The most you may need to do is ensure that your design is liquid enough to allow the information to be easily seen on the PDA. My advice is to first try it, see what needs to be addressed and go from there.
