I often do, but "heatlhy" versions from Know Fat restaurant (they list the Calories, Carbs, Fat, etc for each item, and total them on the menu.)
Buffalo burgers, turkey burgers, lean sirloin. Turkey bacon on the bacon cheesburger. "Air fries" (baked with no oil). I also eat a turkey burger with cranberry sauce and fries from West Street Grill. But mostly it is subway or quiznos, or a pair of turkey and swiss sandwiches on whole wheat with lite Miracle Whip and spice brown mustard Breakfast is 2 low sugar outmeal packs, or every couple of weeks an egg mcmuffin. Dinner is usually a steak or chicken breast and portobella mushrooms on the George Forman grill, salad, microwaved broccolli with teriaki sauce. Snack before bed is either no carb jello (if blood sugar is high) or cracker and cheese (if blood sugar normal) or grapes and wheat thins/pb (if blood sugar low) I blew it last night and had maki rolls (sushi and rice rolled in seaweed).
