since they moved the wholly american concept from los angeles to new
hampshire :)

the best one i ever got was "if you never talk bad about anyone, you
will never have
to whisper"

yes, i love fortune cookies, but the food network ruined them for me.
and by ruined
i mean, they clued me in to how the fortune cookie is totally an
american concept
that has absolutely nothing rooted in anything ancient or chinese :(

the coolest fortune cookie story i have is this: we go out to dinner,
at a chinese
restaurant (no shit huh :) and the couple me and my girlfriend at the
time are with
are on a blind date. they hit it off really well (Get married
eventually!!!) and at
the end of dinner, they open up their own fortune cookies, and guess what, they
got the EXACT same one, and it says something like "you will soon find the
perfect match for you" very cool when it happened.

so, anyway, im over fortune cookies, like i was over santa at 7 when we figured
out quickly it was pops, and not some fat bearded dude :)
