Didn't mean to imply I doubted you or anything like that. I think that a legitimate law enforcement detail will be able to determine if you were hacked or spoofed based on records from your pc, your ISP and your Voip provider.
My first fear would be identity theft or some con. If you know it is the Morrow County Prosecutor's Office. Then there seems to be legitimacy. I would consider talking to a security consultant/professional who might be able to look at your system, identify if you've been hacked and provide evidence to proof it and be able to help you better secure your system if that is the case. (of source it will cost you $$, so there is the first financial hit) I would look into doing something like this as soon as possible before the prosecutor comes after your equipment with a search warrant. This would help to prove your innocence as well as better secure your system.
