Yes.

No I don't. Marriage today is between a man and a woman. You want to
change it and I don't see what the need is. If civil union will allow
for the same rights then there is no intrusion.

No I said it's the government's role to protect our moral standards if
threatened.

So why do you care? Find a place that'll marry them and be done. Oh,
you want the government to sanction your definition of marriage. See
there's the problem. You want to define what the government does
without asking the people.

I don't care about using the drugs if you stay in the house and don't
harm anyone till you come down. But how did you get the drugs? How
many people died in the drug wars even at the street level every day.
I used to live a few blocks 74th street station in Long Island City
where they averaged one murder a day because of drugs until they moved
in the mobile police station. You think the cops were wrong?

Why can't I sell food from the trunk of my car on a street corner?
Board of health has to regulate it to protect the people. Prostitution
is legal in Nevada where it's regulated and very expensive. If you
want cheap go to the inner city and find a crack whore. They pose a
health risk and should be illegal.

You can spin that anyway you want. I say they were needed to protect
Schiavos rights to live and you said they needed to mind their
business to protect Mr Schiavos right to murder.

Then you also wanted Bush to be in New Orleans day one of Katrina
while first response is the states job.

You claim to be Libertarian but seem to pick and choose your fight to
always line up with the left. I find that odd.
