Two months shouldn't be too bad. I rewrote an entire extranet application (that was built using ASP) in about a week using CF (10 sub applications and tons of file uploading...) You'll find CFSCRIPT to be invaluable when doing this since you can mirror many of the VBScript actions in CFSCRIPT. The beauty is all those functions that you need third party objects to accomplish in ASP, can usually be done natively and with less code in CF.
