woo hoo Paul keep going! Tell you, one thing that helped when I was
quitting was reminding myself that the first couple of days are the
worst, and if I smoked a cigarette I'd have to do those two days
again.

Seriously, quitting smoking is possibly the smartest thing I have ever
done.  The craving gets a lot easier after the first couple of days
and gradually fades altogether.
