No way, if the driver of the following car had been keeping a reasonable
distance and reacted quickly enough then there wouldn't have been an
accident.

If you want to drive that way, then you suffer the consequences. People that
ride my ass annoy the crap out of me. In this town going a little faster
doesn't get you anywhere any faster, because you are just going to hit a red
light. I always keep at least two car lengths open in front of me.
