You can do it with Firefox, there are some configuraton files you can change to 
make it work without the prompt.

FF supports it, but not behind the scenes, you have to fill in a login form 
each time one connects an Windows Integrated Security site.  Oh how I know how 
many times I log into our intranet for the sake of using FF rather then IE. (I 
don't know how Safari handles this.)  I believe Netscape browser can 
automatically log into same as IE, because they have an IE engine as well as a 
Mozilla engine in them.
