It's not judged by financial success, but by financial opportunity. As you point out there are many countries that are rich, but it's the access to opportunity that should be the scale for success. For a country like Canada, socialistic policies may inhibit economic development which in turn inhibits your opportunity. That means the real question is, what are your goals? For me the UK and France are a middle class dream. If you have a job with a major corp in France, you've got a *great* middle class life. Getting rich, however, is difficult. That's where America comes in. IMO, it's becoming less and less of a middle class oasis, but more and more of a rich person's dream. All that being said, if and when I can afford it, I'll have a place in Luxembourg. It's awesome there! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:185096 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
