You deliver a good historical lesson, but it still has everything to do with Mr. Bush. Just because other's fekked it up shouldn't mean he should. And he's had 6 years to work on it. And he controls Congress. What the hell's taking so long? Especially when you've got prominent Republicans like Pete Peterson writing books and outlining the strategy for him. Why hasn't Mr. Bush created a team headed up by Mr. Peterson to solve the problem. Where's the leadership? The guy simply sucks as a leader. Oh, and his big SS push? It was no fix, just a big pile of ill thought out crap like the rest of his policies. Speaking of that ... maybe we should INVADE SOCIAL SECURITY! I mean it's been a known problem for years - even the Europeans think Social Security harbors weapons of financial destruction.
