I do not know what Rocky Mountain Oysters are, but I can only assume they are
like Prairie Oysters (aka Bull Testicles). I've never had them... never even
seen them on a menu somewhere or served anywhere.

I'd try them. How would I know I didn't like them if I didn't try them?

Now, this assumes that they come to me on a plate looking like meat and not
like a flambe hairy nutsacks delivered to me.

Liver is good for you. Gives you lots of iron and lots of the good
chloesterol. I can only assume if it's safe for restaurants in Canada to
serve, that the impurities are nothing disgusting or harmful... so power be and
down the hatch!
