My take on this has always been: If your team is way up, and the outcome of 
the game is no longer in doubt, strip your offense down to it's most vanilla 
plays, and put in some of your backups (ie. take out starters you don't want 
to get hurt).

If at that point they still can't stop you...that's their problem and you're 
off the hook.
