OK, I don't have kids and I'm not a doctor... but.. I went out and looked at her website (very cute kid BTW:)
She's doing the pageant thing.. could that be putting extraordinary pressure on her to "be skinny" or to look a certain way: IE she's not eating because she perceiving that she needs to maintain a certain body image in order to win these pageants.
