maybe the fact that we got almost 7 *FEET* of snow here in Buffalo and only had a handful of accidents... they've gotten 7 *INCHES* in most places and are in the triple-digits with accidents and don't know what to do. The headlines here read "South Shut Down after Record Snowstorm". Then they say how much snow it is and that's where the chuckling comes in.
