i can afford a home in the 600k range, yes. i choose not to, and live in a house in my area that is 300k. gluttony is a sin.
my wife and i own two business (About to franchise one) and coding is quite lucrative as an aside. i have researched the real estate, and am quite positive we could make it work. thanks.
