Yes, but the logic tree here isn't that large. Either the Iraqis want us or they don't. And either they need us for security or they don't. The policy question for the US is what do we want? If it's a secure Iraq, then we should lobby for getting more troops in to secure the country. Given they want us, no problem. If they don't, then we get to test your "it's us" theory. If we want an end to deployed troops, then we pull out and screw the consequences (which will be great). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:188105 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
