That's not it at all. You've told yourself that everyone in the military is there to kill people. Obviously not having done much research into it, you've arrived at the wrong conclusion, and have given no leeway into having a debate. Your statement was unambiguous, and no debate is needed, nor warranted because it's your opinion. This is not a debate about the best way to spend money or build a bridge, it's a debate on your personal opinion, which almost nobody agrees with, and nobody really cares about. No ostrich here, there's nothing to hide from. I don't agree with you, that's fine, you're entitled to your opinion, but nobody really wants to take the time to figure out how to change your mind either since it seems to be broken.
