Ding!  That's it.  My wife and I debated this quite a bit and my conclusion is:

1.) Rebecca should've won.  She's more detailed oriented, but she
needed the Atlantic City project.

2.) The Donald put Randal in a bad spot with the hire-Rebecca question.

3.) Randal had a character revealing moment and he revealed himself to
be selfish and egotistical.

4.) Had Randal given the go-ahead on Rebecca, he'd have gained much
more.  It would've been a unique PR event.  As it is he looks, at
best, cutthroat, and at worst, petty and selfish.

5.) All the blonde chics were worthless; especially that loudmouth.
