The Chargers are a better team than the Chiefs. But then, so are the Broncos, and the Chiefs beat them a few weeks ago. Arrowhead really is one of the greatest equalizers in the NFL. The Chiefs make the playoffs if they win out, and Pittsburgh loses one of it's last two games, and Denver beats San Diego in the last game of the year.
