:) There is so much work here that they can find the OT if they really
wanted it.
Other then that it's not my problem. I work my nuts off and have been
known to put in crazy overtime and i dont get paid for it being
'Exempt'. :P

And also they have had troubles with getting cancellation notices out in time
which if they dont they are required by law to give another term of
insurance (6-12 months) so it costs the company money when they can't
get shit done in time.

This is bigger then a few people and their OT requirements.
In the long run sure they have nice lifestyles but working 18 hour
days?? WTF you go home sleep and go back to work. Thats not living.
