It seems to me that you've got a great misunderstanding of science. Robert explained it well with an analogy, but I'll take it point by point: 1.) Evolution does not say ANYTHING about the origin of man. It simple describes the way organisms adapt to their environment and how those adaptations are passed on. That's it. The origin of man part is an extrapolation BASED ON TESTABLE EVIDENCE. Again, for effect: it's an extrapolation of facts derived from repeatable, testable experiments. 2.) The Big Bang is the same as the origin of man -- an extrapolation of empirical data based on repeatable, testable experiments. ID is in no way competitive with science. It is based on nothing but an idea. It has no based in fact, much less facts derived from repeatable, testable experiments.
