It was... and she MUST have gotten a shock now and again... she's chewed through THOUSANDS of dollars of wires. We tried that citrus spray but that just attracted her. I tried vinegar and Tabasco but those just seemed to attract her as well. This wouldn't be so bad if she also weren't the absolute meanest cat I've ever seen. I'm at the end of my rope.
