Apparently so. Remarks about the economy refer to East Texas, by the
way. Austin and Dallas are quite prosperous and San Antonio is a
military town and gets by just fine. Houston now, Houston is Oil.

Anyway. The key point here is that DeLay is Texas. I know you're going
to say that doesn't prove anything, so I'll refer you back to the link
I posted way back when.... the one you said was too long....
