Congrats on the puppy! That is so exciting :-) My vet suggested for a puppy that you should feed 1 cup for every 5-8 pounds of body weight. Thus, if your pup is 30 pounds, you'd feed between 3 and 6 cups a day. We always aired on the side of the 8 pound side, since feeding 6 cups a day seemed outrageous. And our puppy had a bit of a belly anyway...
