It cause carbs spike your blood sugars and when the blood sugars drop you
get sleepy.  By avoiding carbs, you avoid that spike and then the crash.

That doesn't make sense to me. Proteins and fats make you sleepy while carbs
wake you up. Instant energy.
What is the logic that it's reversed?
