TV show tie-in advertising. On an episode of Medium, they were talking about going to see a movie. There was a full page ad for Memoirs of a Geisha and they talked about it for a bit then later in the episode they came out of the movie with the movie poster right there and then talked about the movie in the car on the way home. Ugh.
And last night on Las Vegas there was a scene with women olympic snowboarders that they had a little bit on where they talked it up and some guys in body paint came in as fans and got kicked out of the casino. That absolutely seamlessly transitioned into an ad featuring the guys in body paint promoting the olympics and some SUV as the official sponsor. Ugh.
