Seriously, with our current administration in power, how can anyone not see
that large government, and increased powers will corrupt. How can one not
see that we need to protect the rights of the individual, because government
will always seek to increase it's power, at the cost of our rights and our
money.

To touch on the first point some, I have yet to find anyone that has done
anything that could be truly considered as altruism. Say what you will,
Mother Theresa had a belief that she would be rewarded for her good works in
her after life. That was her self-interest.

Why is this so hard for some people to grasp?
