According to the salary survey on ComputerJobs.com, the hourly for PM is about $60/hr. I'm sure that's not a be all end all number, but it's a starting point. I'm sure there's more info out there on this.

I would come to their office 5 days a week for a set rate per hour. During the three months I would help out and do some project management as well. Now that the contract is up they want to try some thing different. I will still do some of their web sites for them wit billing based on the amount of hours I quote them. I will be working from home and their office. No problem, I can do that. The problem is they would also like me to keep doing project management for them but I have no idea how to bill for some thing like that. How do I come up with a rate that wont shorthand me or completely rip them off? Should I just tell them this is not going to be possible? I have no clue what to do.
