The perfume tip is great. In addition, make sure you use the same perfume and that no one else in the building uses it. You want to have your own smell that he quickly, and easily, recognizes.
If he likes you, he will instantly associate your smell with good things and happy times. If you get off the elevator a few minutes before he gets on, he will subconsciously start thinking about you.
