Ack! That would drive me away fast. Touchy people freak me out, I
can't stand perfume, and office parties are an infringement on my ME
time. Most of those suggestions bring back horrible junior high
memories.

I'd prefer a simple and safe "want to go out to lunch some time?"
without all the stalker build-up. It gives me a chance to start or
stop something cleanly. And it's just a lunch.
