So it sounds like we kinda agree - except I think the manifestations are coming from the mind (by some new power), and you are saying ESP is driving the nano-bots.
Still though I think the technology would be too old - I mean the technology at the time of the original experiments. I know nano-technology was THOUGHT of at that time - but there is no way they would have the actual technology.
