+1 - This seems like the dumbest fecking thing I've seen in a long
time.  All this law does is move the policy failures of elected
officials to private business who cannot enact public policy.

Why the hell should a private business be forced to pay for the Health
Care crisis?

The health care problem exists, not because of private business, but
because legislators have their hands in it.  This is a great example
of where *more* capitalism is needed, not less (or socialism).

The government has created backwards incentives within health care. 
What is a doctor's monetary incentive?  To heal you or to run many
expensive test and prescribe many expensive drugs?  Of course it's the
latter.

The country needs to move to health savings accounts and open health
care.  Then we need to share info on doctors, clinics, hospitals,
testing labs, etc so good doctors are rewarded with business and bad
doctors are put out of business.
