Well, mostly. She is very smart. Rocket scientist smart. But sometimes her people skills are a little weak. She can be somewhat unforgiving about people who don't perform at the level she knows they are capable of, and she's very intolerant of sloppy work and the failure to follow instructions. Some of this may be a function of how busy we are, because screw-ups impact the production schedule and we don't have a lot of room for slippage. But over all, she's an nice person and an good boss, once you learn not to take her brusque manner personally. As a mentor, the amount of knowledge you can get about computers and the Internet just from being around her is pretty amazing. I haven't encountered anyone anywhere with a better understanding of all aspects of the web, and she stays totally current on all the new technologies, and encourages us to do so as well. Working for her is a lot like going web university everyday. I think she used to be on this list before she got too busy to participate. I seem to remember her laughing about a discussion on welfare moms. Mo ______________________________________________________________________ Structure your ColdFusion code with Fusebox.
