Not really.  She's a stickler for following established procedures, or at 
least giving her a very good reason why you feel they shouldn't be followed 
but she doesn't have time to micro-manage the individual tasks.  She also 
doesn't like to 'babysit' a programmer (her term).  She wants to give them 
the assignment and have them go away and do it: correctly and on time.
