Interesting, I should think it would be the other way 'round. As a
conservative I'd think you'd want to make sure you're taking your
potential candidate to task for consistency, message and above all,
sticking with actual conservative platforms (smaller government,
personal responsibility, etc.)

Especially after the way the sitting president has all but abandoned
the classic conservative values. Well, I guess except for religion,
being anointed by god hizzownself...
