Just about every dress code has a snippet in it that forbids any dress or 
attire that becomes a distraction. While that is pretty broad and open to 
abuses....it does give the school a leg to stand on in these cases. Just 
because "green hair" isn't mentioned specifically in the dress code, doesn't 
mean it's expressly allowed.
