And I'm saying they already are. But the problem is, different people have 
different ideas on just what exactly "infringes" on other people.

The primary argument of the social conservatives against gay marriage is 
that it "destroys" marriage...which infringes on their marriage. They have 
to make this (ridiculous) argument because they have to somehow show an 
infringement on them in order for this to be considered for law.

If they came out and admitted that they just don't like homosexuals, or they 
are biased against them for religious reasons......they wouldn't have a 
chance at legislation.

It's the same thing for this intelligent design garbage. Don't admit that 
you are a religious nut, pretend that teaching evolution is withholding 
valuable knowledge from students and infringing on their right to knowledge.
